Where is HSL located?

All products are proudly made in the USA.


What are the available metals?

Sterling silver, silver filled, gold filled, copper, brass, & aluminum. Each listing will clearly state what the custom design is made in, however if you'd like to change the metal to better suit your needs and price range, arrangements can be easily made.


How soon will I have my order?

We're currently working on a 10 business day turnaround.  This does not include transit time.

  • We ship First Class USPS Mail.
  • Standard transit time for the US is 2-7 days with exceptions during holidays where orders can take longer to arrive.
  • International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive but generally arrive in 2-4.

  1. All US orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive an email from www.Paypal.com once your order has been shipped with a tracking code to follow during transit times.
  2. We do offer Express Mail USPS upon request. This is an overnight service.  Please contact us for a special invoice.


I need my order ASAP for a special occasion, do you offer rush orders?

Yes we do!  Have a special occasion coming up? Birthday? Anniversary? Not a problem! A rush fee + upgraded shipping charges will apply. Please contact me so we can discuss the additional charges for your custom order!

What payment methods do you accept?:

PayPay:  You can use any major credit card through Paypal.com with or without an account. Any orders placed in Florida will be charged a 6% sales tax.



What is your policy on returns/refunds?:

Custom orders are all sales final. If there is an error in the order at the fault of www.hersilverlining.com we will happily correct the issue for you with a replacement item. We ask that you contact us within 48hrs of receiving the package.
